Q: Where do I get a my own palace server?A: On this website. Just click the Hosting tab at the top
Q: What is offered with these palaces?
A: We offer a 24/7, high speed palaces with Unlimited Storage, 9999 Users, and we can install any publicly available plugin.
Q: Who do I contact for help?
A: Anyone located in the contact section at the left.
Q: What port can I have for my palace?
A: Any port that is possible. 9998 ports are available under a special plan that costs a little extra.
Q: I don't seem to have a specific plugin on my palace, how do I get it?
A: We do have plugins available. Simply contact us and state which plugin you would like. We will contact you when it's installed.
Q: How can I prevent messing up my palace?
A: Some good advice I can give is to never mess with the .pat in your control panel unless you absolutely know what you are doing. Also do not give just anyone access to the cpanel. Do not hire people you do not believe to be trustworthy. Whenever you finish work on your palace it is advised you make a backup of your server in case anything goes wrong.
Q: Why can't I login?
A) Firstly, you need a reg code for your client. If at anytime you uninstall/reinstall palace or have to reformat your computer, you will need to get a new reg code for thepalace. Even if you 'were' blessed, you need to be reblessed because it is your new reg code that needs to be blessed. Go to links to find a registration code.
B) You are using gatekeeper and you are not blessed, but someone else is. It is important that you first bless yourself, before anyone else. You can do this simply by logging into owner mode and opening the userlist (CTRL+F), click on your own name, and say 'gatekeeper bless. Once done, you should be blessed.
C) When you make a palace, your default password will always be your panel password. It is important for you to change this as quickly as possible, so someone else does not claim your panel, or mess up everything you might have already completed.
