Easy way Inside the app

If PalaceChat is running, use the built-in form. It attaches the last 500 lines of activity for us automatically, no copy-paste needed.

  1. Open PalaceChat.
  2. Menu bar: Help › Report a Bug…
  3. Type a short summary of what went wrong and hit Send.

That's it. If you want us to follow up, leave an email in the dialog.

Manual If the app won't launch or crashed

Fill out the form below. If you can find your recent activity log, paste it in — it helps us a lot. Skip anything you don't know.

The log file lives here on your computer. Open it with any text editor and paste the tail.

Windows: %AppData%\PalaceChat 5\logs\session.log
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/PalaceChat 5/logs/session.log

What we do with your report

We save the JSON on our server and email it to the dev team. No tracking, no third-party analytics, no marketing list. If you include your email we may reply once to ask a follow-up question. That's all.
